The location might be convenient for some, but don't expect much else. the room smelled of mold and was completely outdated. the bathroom was tiny and had stains on the floor. the service was terrible, and the receptionist tried to charge us twice the amount we booked. breakfast was supposed to be included, but we were denied it. the only positive thing was the view from the window, but it's not worth it.

The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms that were very clean. the location is ideal, as it is close to many popular attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the nearby area.

The additional charges we encountered upon check-in, including being charged twice the amount we booked for and being denied the breakfast that was supposedly included in our reservation. These unnecessary disagreements with the receptionist negatively impacted our experience at the hotel.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be commendable in terms of location, cleanliness and staff. The hotel was located in a prime location and I had no trouble finding transportation. The room was spotless and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. I was also pleased with the courtesy and friendliness of the staff, who were always ready to assist.

No negatives.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was an enjoyable experience. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its location, which was conveniently located near several shops and restaurants. the hotel offered excellent amenities, including a complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.

The hotel had a few downsides. One of the worst aspects was that the receptionist was difficult to deal with when we arrived.

The Capital O 15950 J K Residency in Bangalore provided excellent service, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location.

It was all superb.
